About Me

I am an associate professor at the School of Computer Science, Sichuan University. I obtained my B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. (early graduation) from the University of Macau, where I was supervised by Prof. Chi-Man Pun (Listed World’s Top 2% Scientists). I was also a research intern at CUHK. My research interests include Self-supervised Learning Theories, Information Forensics, and Multimedia Interpretation and Contents Generation. I am the leader and supervisor of multiple influential works, including IML-ViT, IMDL-BenCo, SparseViT, and ForensicHub.

周吉喆，四川大学计算机学院副教授、TETCI副主编、省千，本硕博均毕业于澳门大学（博士提前毕业）。研究方向包括自监督学习、信息取证、多媒体内容生成与理解等。主导开发了IML-ViT、IMDL-BenCo、SparseViT、ForensicHub等有影响力的开源项目。

I am looking for self-motivated M.Sc. and Ph.D. students with solid background in Self-supervised Learning / Information Forensics / Multimedia Content Generation / Multimodal LLM Reasoning / 3D Vision and Perception. Undergraduate students (SCU only) are also welcome.

International Students: 1 quota for 26 fall international M.Sc student majoring in Software Engineering (accepting applications by 30th April, 2026).
